Interdepartmental Leadership:
Collaborate closely with HR, Clinical Ops, Training, and Executive Leadership to integrate feedback and align company-wide staffing, scheduling, and performance standards.
Workforce Analytics:
Monitor trends across large datasets (e.g., retention, burnout flags, compliance metrics, training gaps) and use these to propose and drive organizational solutions.
Staff Experience Infrastructure:
Develop formalized systems for mentorship, staff recognition, pulse checks, and burnout prevention initiatives. Build pipelines for BCBA growth and RBT career advancement.
Voice of the Field:
Represent clinical staff needs and field-based insights in leadership meetings, policy decisions, and audit reviews—ensuring strategies are grounded in on-the-ground reality.
