About the Role
Clinical Training and Collaboration Lead
This role establishes a foundation of leadership by strengthening systems, training, and collaboration within a key group of clinicians. Manages: 15 BCBAs (support team) and their associated RBTs Focus: Strategic training, team collaboration, and trend-based quality improvements Key Responsibilities: • Track and analyze RBTs across KPIs (established training criteria) to identify trends and deficits. • Develop and deliver monthly RBT trainings using Behavior Skills Training (BST) to address identified skill gaps. • Host monthly team-wide collaboration and training meetings with Support Team. • Disseminate data trends and highlight areas of success or concern across the team. • Select team members with demonstrated strengths to lead group trainings and share strategies during collab meetings • Collect and integrate qualitative input from BCBAs regarding ongoing challenges and strengths among RBTs • Conduct optional individual outreach/pulse checks and surveys and analyze and share trends with leadership. • Meet with leadership (e.g., onboarding, ACDs, CDs) to communicate findings and propose system improvements. • Maintain 18–20 billable hours through ongoing support supervision. • Fulfill individualized training requests when required due to observed barriers
